Our membership is tailored to an individuals needs and payment terms can be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis

What is a Lifestyle Manager, and how many times can I contact them?

Ten’s lifestyle managers are friendly, passionate and experts in their fields, including dining, travel, entertainment, and retail. They are incredible problem solvers who go to great lengths to make sure your request is met and that you are a happy member. They are available 24/7 no matter where you are, by phone, email, WhatsApp or live chat.

How does Ten get the best access, benefits and rates?

We have spent more than 20 years building relationships with the world’s top brands to get our members unrivalled access to the best hotels, restaurants, events and retailers.

Plus, we don’t need to make invisible commissions and hidden mark-ups because we are a subscription service. We are paid membership fees by members or banks to deliver a superb service. We then use our buying power to secure the very best services (at the best rates).

Does Ten add additional fees when booking tickets for members?

We never add any booking fees when securing tickets for our members, you only ever pay what the box office charges, and there are no hidden surprises.

Can the public access Ten’s Held Tables and restaurant benefits?

No. Top restaurants around the world hold tables exclusively for our members while our restaurant benefits are member-exclusive because venues value our discerning members more than the general public. Benefits include a free glass of bubbly or cocktail on arrival.

What is the difference between Dedicated and Bespoke membership?

Our Bespoke membership is for the people who want the very best. They will have a direct line to an Executive Membership manager, our most experienced membership manager who specialises in luxury living and lifestyle. They utilise their internal and external network of contacts to meet every request.

Our Dedicated membership is a high-impact service with a direct line to a Senior Membership manager, with working hours between 9am-6pm GMT. Outside of these hours, our Dedicated members will have 24/7 unlimited access to our lifestyle managers including by phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat.
