We can organise flexible travel plans, free cancellations and provide up-to-the-minute information on any entry requirements and related information you may need about your chosen destination.

Our Dining team can also alleviate or work around any COVID-19-related dining concerns you may have. We never take commission on any restaurants we book, so that you can rest assured we are offering the best dining experience for you, your friends and your family.  

As a member, you also enjoy insider entertainment access. We can book tickets for your favourite gigs when and as they are rescheduled in 2021. In the meantime, we’ve secured home entertainment-related offers and benefits to make sure you don’t miss out. 

Subscription to Ten Private Membership is available on a monthly basis, with Dedicated and Bespoke paid annually.
Digital access allows you to browse our online platform to: book your next holiday; access restaurant bookings with complimentary perks; access and book priority tickets to shows and events around the world; gain unlimited access to exclusive member events and benefits; and manage all your bookings in one place. Sometimes what you need is urgent or too complex to complete yourself on the digital platform, for example planning an entire luxury holiday itinerary, the ultimate celebration, or meet-and-greets with your favourite artist or chef. In these instances, you may choose to call in, email, WhatsApp or live chat with our expert lifestyle manager team – this counts as using a Personal Service brief.

Our Private members have 10 briefs included in their membership which refresh annually. For anyone who runs out early, there is the option to purchase extra briefs. Our Dedicated and Bespoke members have unlimited Personal Service briefs, and Private members can upgrade at any time.

We dont need to make invisible commissions and hidden mark-ups because we are a subscription service. We are paid membership fees  by you or banks to deliver superb service. We then use our buying power to secure the very best rates and services for you instead of making a margin for ourselves, which is why our members can save hundreds of pounds a year and get better results. 

We never add any booking fees when securing tickets for our members, you only ever pay what the box office charges, and there are no hidden surprises.

They will have a direct line to an Executive Membership manager, our most experienced membership manager who specialises in luxury living and lifestyle. They utilise their internal and external network of contacts to meet every request. 

Our Dedicated membership is a high-impact service with a direct line to a Senior Membership manager with unlimited “Personal Service” briefs, with working hours between 9am-6pm GMT. Outside of these hours, our Dedicated members will have 24/7 unlimited access to our lifestyle managers including by phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat.
