You will be entitled to unlimited access to the concierge digital platform. Travel, Dining, Entertainment, Offers & Events and Inspiration modules – unlimited browsing and online bookings. You will receive confirmation of your member profile and login details to the digital platform within the next hour. If what you need done is urgent or complex, you may choose to call in, email or chat with our expert lifestyle manager team. You have 24/7 access to the team.

Ten Private Members – You have a total allocation of 10 “Personal service” briefs per year, and may use upto four briefs in the first month. You can purchase extra briefs if you need more before your membership anniversary.

Ten Dedicated and Bespoke Members – Your membership includes an unlimited number “Personal service” briefs.

Our Dining team can also alleviate or work around any COVID-19-related dining concerns you may have. Sometimes what you need is urgent or too complex to complete yourself on the digital platform, for example planning an entire luxury holiday itinerary, the ultimate celebration, or meet-and-greets with your favourite artist or chef. In these instances, you may choose to call in, email, WhatsApp or live chat with our expert lifestyle manager team – this counts as using a Personal Service brief.

Our Private members have 10 briefs included in their membership which refresh annually. For anyone who runs out early, there is the option to purchase extra briefs. Our Dedicated and Bespoke members have unlimited Personal Service briefs, and Private members can upgrade at any time.
