You will receive confirmation of your member  profile and login details to the digital platform within the next hour.

If what you need done is urgent or complex, you may choose to call in, email or chat with our expert lifestyle manager team. You have 24/7 access to the team – upto 4 “Ask the Expert” briefs in the first month and total of 10 briefs that will expire within 12-months period when you keep your membership. You can purchase extra briefs if you need more as part of your membership.

Our travel experts are on hand to help with all your arrangements, from UK staycations to international travel (where possible).
