With seven UK number one singles and ten million records sold worldwide, they’ve earned their reputation as one of the UK’s top pop acts, and following a five-year hiatus, fans don’t only have a tour but also a new album, dubbed The Lost Songs, to look forward to.

Following his hugely successful solo tour, which saw the singer-songwriter answer fans’ questions and perform hits on the piano, you’d forgive Nick Cave for taking a break. Having sold over 100 million albums worldwide, this synth-pop act was named as the most successful duo in UK music history by The Guinness World Records and 39 years in, they’re still going strong. This year saw them drop their 14th studio album, Hotspot, and announce their first greatest hits tour, which will feature many fan favourites such as West End Girls and It’s a Sin, combined with some brand-new songs.

Despite having already released two studio albums, it was their third effort, The Black Parade, which saw this band from New Jersey skyrocket to global fame. After their unexpected split in 2013, the band surprised followers yet again when they announced their comeback last October with several cryptic videos, one which announced a string of shows at Stadium MK in Milton Keynes, as well as an appearance at Cornwall’s Eden Project.
